High levels of motivation, multitasking abilities and English language skills required. The internships will be offered on a 3-month basis with the aim for permanent paid position for those who prove themselves to want this position.
Global Pro Group is looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Recruitment Outsourcing & Visa Consultancy firm in central Tirana.
This internship offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-growing company and exposure to various aspects of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and handle client inquiries.
- Assist with translation work, document preparation, and email correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with streamlining administrative processes.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Support the smooth operation of the office through assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree in law, languages, business administration or international relations.
- Strong multitasking abilities and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills (Office, Adobe) and ability to quickly adapt to new software.
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to keep positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and professionalism is a MUST!
